Food Surface Cleaning Process
- Wipe food particles with a clean white towel moistened with cleaning solution
- Place waste into trash bag
- Use a putty knife to remove adhered material, taking care not to scratch the
surface
- Allow solution to soak for 10 minutes
- Scrub surface until clean
- Rinse clean with a white towel and water
- Inspect surfaces for grease
- Use a clean towel and sanitizer to wipe all surfaces
